A global datacenter company acquired a fully operational datacenter. They had no blueprint for integrating existing datacenters since they had always built datacenters themselves. The assignment from senior leadership was to fully integrate the datacenter by deploying all of their global standards for systems, networks, processes and procedures.
After a merger of two multinationals, both listed at the NY stock exchange, the ask was to deliver a single sales platform with one opportunity process, whilst keeping supported the e2e commercial processes for both legacy sales organizations.
A Dutch start-up energy company was facing the challenge to design and implement an organization in accordance with the quite extensive national regulations. The job was to manage the start-up company through the Dutch permit granting process by converting rules and regulations into auditable organizational practices, tailored to the nature of the new company.
